Fabric lounge suites
Cleaned with hot-water extraction, the same steam-clean method as carpet, but with a small hand tool and a lower water-pressure setting that’s gentle on the weave.
Leather suites
Cleaned, conditioned and protected with dedicated leather products so it stays soft and helps prevent drying and cracks.
Dining & occasional chairs
Upholstered seats and backs lifted clean, the spills and everyday grime that build up around the table.
Microfibre & suede
Delicate finishes handled with a low-moisture method and the right chemistry so the nap and colour stay true.
Outdoor settings
Weathered alfresco cushions and lounges brought back, pollen and salt-air grime extracted.
Stain & odour treatment
Targeted pre-treatment for the marks that matter, finished with a deodoriser that neutralises rather than masks.
Leather care
Leather, treated like skin.
A leather lounge needs the correct products to help prevent drying and cracking. We use dedicated leather shampoos worked into the grain with a horsehair brush to release built-up grime, then condition and protect.
Clean
Dedicated leather shampoo, agitated into the grain with a horsehair brush to lift accumulated grime.
Condition
A conditioner softens and moisturises. It’s skin, after all, and needs the same care.
Protect
A protector aids durability, repels dirt and stains, and adds a UV barrier against sun damage.
Fabric & microfibre
Fabric, deep-extracted.

Apply
Dedicated shampoo applied to the surface and allowed to penetrate the material.
Agitate
A gentle agitation process loosens dirt and grime through the fibres.

Deodorise
A finishing deodoriser leaves the lounge smelling and looking great again.
